Sorry to punk this morning. tight calves and sore legs...although I know you planned the run WOD to work that out..I wanted to rest my legs for the PR I am going to make tomorrow! Lots and lots of stretching yesterday and today. I will see you tomorrow morning. Thanks for the links too.
