upset because I am missing the high rep, weighted barbell workouts on Wednesday's. I may have to start taking Thursdays off instead. The past 2 - 95# workouts look great and are what I was just thinking about...more heavy weighted words...21 to 3 in the mix and AMRAP for 20 minutes is crazy hard, and awesome all in the same. I may go a day behind tomorrow:)
