so I am 3 days behind on my burpees, but figure I will be jumping plenty this weekend while playing, SO I will do pushups everyday and 90 today to make up for the last 3 days.
Also, I am going to do Annie again at ORU at lunch today. Abs are quick to recover and nothing hard on the legs or shoulders.
