I have returned from the cert. and my legs are killing me. Holding those practice movements forever and doing it over and over takes it toll. Not to mention, tabata squats, fran and a team WOD.
Any ways, while I was gone Linzie was in a bad wreck and her car is out of commission for awhile. I will not be able to join you in the mornings until that is taken care of. So, I will be completing these at lunch up at ORU. I will do the same WOD though to stay up with you guys. tell Giles and Cody and look forward to catching up with them as well.
